This Decodable Words - Word Sort Kit, from Lil' Reading Scientists Literacy Solutions TM, is perfect for helping students master the various letter clusters and word patterns, such as blends, digraphs, twin letters (the FLOSS RULE) long vowels, and compound words. Students learn to pay attention to details and subtle variations in words, as they sort the Word Cards. This Kit works with Levels 7-13 of the Lil' Reading Scientists' Curriculum.

Students lay out the Header Cards in a pocket chart or on a table top, and then sort the Word Cards amongst the criteria headings.
